Information you choose to share

We store your selected plant, symptoms, duration, last watering, window, soil and drainage answers in a session. A photo preview stays on your device; only whether you selected a photo is recorded. Photos are never uploaded or analyzed.

If you choose to submit contact details after selecting a plan, we store your email, answers, plan, period, price shown, consent timestamp and consent version. We also record your original landing path, campaign parameters, referral source and random referral code.

How information is used

With your consent, we email your care plan and launch pricing. Payments for Plus are not open yet. If you choose a plan we take no card and make no charge; we store your email, answers and chosen plan to send your plan and launch pricing. The form does not create a subscription or authorize a future charge.

Session cookies preserve progress. Optional browser analytics follows your consent settings. First-party server events record anonymous funnel progress and plan choices even when browser analytics is declined. These events never include your email, photo or free-text answers. Hosting providers process the data needed to operate this site.

Your choices

You can leave the form without submitting it, change optional cookie choices, or contact us to withdraw your email consent and request access, correction or deletion. We keep submitted contact details while needed for the requested update and remove them on request, subject to applicable requirements. Access to saved entries is restricted to authorized administrators.
