Contact Leaftell
Contact Leaftell about plant-care content, your saved preferences or privacy.
Content questions and corrections
For a guide correction, include the page URL, the passage you are asking about and a source we can review. If you are describing a plant problem, say what changed and when, along with the watering, drainage and light conditions. We cannot confirm a diagnosis by email.
Saved preferences and privacy
For access, correction or deletion requests, include the email address you used and what you want changed. Do not send passwords, card details or identity documents in your first message. Your optional plant photo stays on your device; it is not a file we receive with the check.
Press and collaboration
Use the same contact address for questions about Leaftell or proposed editorial collaborations, and include a clear subject line. We do not list separate departments or promise a response time. Sources linked in our guides are independent references, not partners or sponsors.
When you need local help
For rapid plant decline, contact a local horticultural advisor or university extension service that can discuss inspection or testing. For suspected pet exposure to a plant or treatment, contact a veterinarian. Leaftell is not an emergency service.
